Even more opportunities for individualisation of the cars
With the roaster season approaching, smart is presenting its special smart roadster affection model. This special model combines purist equipment with maximum driving pleasure and an attractive price. The smart roadster affection is powered by a 60 kW (82 bhp) engine and costs € 16,930 including V.A.T. in Germany. The special model can be ordered at smart Centres now and will be delivered to customers from the start of February.
In addition to dynamic performance, the smart roadster affection offers a purist range of standard equipment. The bodypanels come in a choice of six colours (glance grey metallic, champagne remix metallic, star blue metallic, jack black, spice red and shine yellow), while black is the standard colour for the tridion safety cell. The seats of this special model are upholstered in black fabric. The scope of equipment also includes a hardtop and spinline alloy wheels fitted with 185/55 R15 tyres (at front and rear).
Further opportunities for individualisation in the new model year
For the serial models of smart roadster and roadster-coupé, the components of the Comfort, Sports and Safety Plus packages in the current model year are now also available as individual options, further improving the opportunities for individualisation. These include a trip computer, cruise control, rain and light sensor, alloy wheels in spikeline design, a leather sports steering wheel with shift paddles or heated leather sports seats.
In addition to the 60 kW variant of the smart roadster, the roadster-coupé is also available with a soft top as standard. The soft top can be opened to any desired position, even whilst driving, and closed again by pressing a button.
The prices for the smart roadster and roadster-coupé remain unchanged starting at € 14,990 (in Germany incl. VAT) for the 45 kW smart roadster. This vehicle will continue to be available with a hardtop, which is available as an accessory for the 60 kW variants. Likewise, for an additional charge, the 45 kW roadster is now available with a silver tridion safety cell, Leather package and Sports package.
