This year’s Geneva Auto Show featured the highly anticipated debuts of various production models and concept cars. With press days now over, here’s a quick summary of the key introductions.

Stealing the spotlight was Volkswagen’s new Scirocco which features a sporty design and optional DSG transmissions. For those of us with dreams of winning the lottery, Rolls-Royce unveiled their elegant Phantom Coupe while Maserati and Lamborghini showed their latest performance dream machines.

Green vehicles also took center stage as Saab used their 9-X BioHybrid to debut GM’s next generation of hybrid technology. Volkswagen hinted at a future production model with their 83 mpg Golf TDI Hybrid and Mercedes showed SUV’s can be green by introducing the GLK BlueTEC Hybrid.

While the video shows several key models, our complete coverage of the 2008 Geneva Motor Show with detailed information and live pictures can be found here.
