the event is in the city of Funchal, in Madeira Island, Portugal. It's a petty cuz that video doesnt show all of the show, there is so much more tht that smart can do!
Anyway, that show was 1 or 2 years ago!

It is a stunt car company from Portugal, the car is the Smart Diablo and I think it has a Hayabusa engine. you can see in this video from youtube the same car racing a Ferrari in a drag race. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vExpEl0_5-Y
