First High-Res Images of Chevy Camaro SS Surface
There is a strong possibility that your initial reaction to the photos you see above and to the right hand side are officially released images of the brand new Chevy Camaro SS. That is where you would be wrong, they are in fact the work Kevin Kolvenback of Hudon Calley, New York who happen to stumble upon the model's photo shoot at the Spring Mountain Motorsports in Pahrump, Nevada. We have to hand it to Kevin, he has produced some quite amazing shots – so good that we even question the authenticity of the source
The Super Sport (SS) model sits at the top of the Camaro pile, it is powered by 2008 Corvette's 6.2-liter V8 engine which pumps out 422 horsepower (315 kW) and 408 lb.-ft. of torque (553 Nm). The LS3 engine is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission system on the rear-wheel drive sportscar, full performance figures are yet to be announced.

I am not holding any hopes of that new Mustang looking attractive, except if they keep true to their concept car they unveiled a few moons ago. Only then will I say that the Ford Mustang has now given Chevy a kick in the batty. But I will seriously doubt Ford will be smart and stay true to the concept they unveiled.
They're a great chick magnet too! Try that in a Hybrid!
When you drive a V8 Mustang Convertible in the States all the fit girls admire you. When you drive a new, upmarket BMW in London, everyone hates you!
If they can't be compared then let's not make mention of the 3series and rather appreciate the Camaro compared to what it was made to compete against.
I'll give the SS it's due but what I'm saying is that if you're going to then try to compare the SS to a 3series, it has to automatically be the M3 because, like the SS, the M3 is the one built for performance and not a regular 3series.
Now say there's a country that's not American, German or Japanese the price differences would still hold and thus the argument would fall through.
